RAY NEXT BANK estimates that offshore banks have been managing 1/3 of the world’s wealth since 2000. This level has not declined. Thinking about such utility, we independently investigated reasonable methods for using such wealth rather than waiting for (international) legal measures and rules on taxation. With the establishment of the tax substitute program 2016, funded through 1% of RAY NEXT BANK’s ordinary revenue and voluntary contributions from clients, we are providing grassroots level assistance to people who are active in countries and regions at the frontline of crisis by donating to non-profit organizations in the worst environments where it is needed. The fund broke through $1 million at the beginning of the fiscal year. Together with our clients, RAY NEXT BANK will pursue and promote the idea that “Those who have should share with those who have not.”
